Material:
For 4 servings
4 pieces or 180 grams of salmon filet.
200 gram asparagus, peeled bottom, blanched
8 cherry tomatoes
4 mini bell peppers, halved
4 slices of lemon
Seasoning, Mix well:
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
½ clove garlic, crushed.
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
Sauce, Stir well:
200 milliliters of plain yogurt
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
½ tbsp lemon juice
How to make:
I. On a heat-safe baking sheet/dish arrange the salmon, asparagus, tomatoes and mini peppers.
II.Pour the seasoning, coat the fish, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers.
III. Place the lemon slices on top of the fish.
IV. Bake in the oven at 170ºC for 20 minutes. take it out. Serve with sauce and accompaniments.
TIPS:
Place the skin of the salmon under the baking sheet so that the melted fat makes the dish more savory.
