Betutu Chicken Ingredients
8 cloves of garlic
15 shallots
7 curly red chilies
5 green bird's eye chilies
4 sticks of lemongrass
4 pieces of lime leaves
2 tsp tamarind water
1 chicken
300 ml of water
Ground spices:
4 candlenuts
2 cm kencur
1 tsp grilled shrimp paste
1 tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp ground pepper

How to Make Betutu Chicken:
