Material:
For 4 servings
100 grams of green beans, sliced oblique 3 cm blanch
2 carrots, sliced into matchsticks, blanched
2 chicken breast filets.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6 chicken eggs, shake off.
4 servings of mixed rice
1 teaspoon white sesame, for sprinkling
Spice:
3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of chili sauce
½ teaspoon of powdered chicken stock
2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
1 centimeter ginger, puree
How to make:
I. Seasoning: In a bowl, put all the ingredients. Stir well. Set aside 2 tsp of seasoning for the vegetable mixture.
II. Each vegetable is added with 1 teaspoon of seasoning. Stir well. set aside.
III. Chicken breast split lengthwise / horizontally. Rub the seasoning on the chicken, let stand for 30 minutes.
IV.In a flat pan, cook the chicken breast with a little oil until cooked. Lift. Cut the chicken breast.
V. Scrambled eggs in a pan with the remaining oil and seasonings. Lift.
VI.In a serving bowl, place the rice. Arrange chicken, eggs, beans, and carrots. Serve immediately.
TIPS:
Seasonings can be made more, to be used as a stir-fry seasoning for other dishes, store in the refrigerator in a closed container.
