Balinese Seasoned Meat Ingredients
5 tbsp cooking oil
3 bay leaves
4 pieces of lime leaves
2 sticks of lemon grass, crushed
500 g beef
750 ml of water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Seasoning, Puree:
12 grains of shallots
8 cloves of garlic
5 large red chilies
4 bird's eye chilies
5 cm turmeric
3 cm galangal
3 cm ginger
2 cm kencur
1 tomato
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp shrimp paste
½ tsp ground pepper
Complementary:
lettuce
popohan leaves
cucumber, sliced
Cayenne pepper
lime leaves, remove stems, thinly sliced
How to Make Balinese Seasoned Meat:
1. Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, and lemon grass until fragrant and cooked.
2. Enter the meat, stir until it changes color.
3. Add water, salt and sugar, stir well. Cook over high heat until it boils.
4. Lower the heat, continue cooking until the liquid dries up. Remove, serve immediately with a complement.
